Barre is a full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. You don’t need a dance background (promise!) — but you will feel like you're moving with grace and power. 💃

It’s low impact but high intensity. You use small, controlled movements, pulses, and holds to work muscles deeply — especially those you didn’t even know existed. Expect a little burn, a little shake, and a lot of sweat. 🔥
