Take a little time for yourself and join the Intro to Yoga workshop. It is the perfect way to begin (or restart) your yoga practice! Learn the foundational standing poses, simple sun salutations, full body stretches and explore breathing.
Equal offers a workout for both your body and mind. Whether you are looking to sweat, burn, re-energise or relax, we have the class for you.
We offer several different yoga classes from Equal Yin to Core Power and four levels of Equal Barre. All our power yoga classes are designed to enhance flexibility and strength combining movement, breath, and static postures. Our fixed sequences challenge both beginners and advanced yogis.

Want to fire your abs and build a solid, strong core? This is the class for you. Prepare to step up your game and go beyond crunches in our Core Power classes. Our toughest and most athletic vinyasa practice melts your stress into sweat and will challenge you to your limits. After 60 minutes be sure to leave fully energized.
Working on your balance? This high intensity class fires your upper core and builds your arm and shoulder strength. Through creative sequencing and with an energizing flow we will power up the body to prepare you for arm balancing. Get ready to try something new, advance your practice, sweat and have fun!Â
Explore moving on the breath and develop your practice in our Core Flow classes. Based on the postures and fundamental elements of Vinyasa yoga, this sequence is a full body workout. Core Flow is led at a moderate pace and is designed to guide you through sun salutations, warriors, balances and backbends. Sweat out the stress of your day and feel better after each class.Â
The Hot Fusion classes are a fixed sequence of classic hot yoga poses, mixed with vinyasa flow. A good class for beginners to gain strength and build on poses, moving at a moderate pace without music. For advanced yogis, there are options to deepen poses to challenge and strengthen.
Feel confident and powerful after this intense sweat dripping mat workout that will leave you with a well deserved burning booty and fiery core. This heated class is ideal for those wishing to improve their core strength, sculpt their waistline, reduce lower-back pain and build your booty. Expect to train your body from all angles, using props to boost results! Taught at 26 degrees.

Beat the Seat! Get your fix in 45 minutes during lunch. After pounding your keyboard all morning, this class will reset you for the rest of the day. This sequence features twists and explores moving with the breath in an energizing flow. Enjoy your screen-free lunchtime break, ending with that well deserved savasana.
The original, classic barre class which you may know and love. Will make use of the ballet barre as a tool for alignment and for balance support, as such the class capacity is limited to ensure proper distancing. Combining elements of pilates, yoga and ballet, activate every muscle in your body. Set to empowering music, you will seriously work your abs, butt, thighs, and arms.Â
Slow down with our Equal Yin classes. This class uses long holds to target tight spots and connective tissues in the body. Think 3, 4 or even 5 minutes in a posture. Stressing, stretching and opening up targeted areas of your body, also focussing on on the meditative side of yoga. Perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis to balance out your stronger practice.
Whether you are a brand new or advanced yogi, we have something for you. Our classes have options for all levels and we recommend new yogis to start with our Hot Fusion or Core Flow classes. On arrival, feel free to let your teacher know of any condition or injury you would like them to be aware of. You will probably get sweaty, so bring water, a towel and wear breathable clothing that will allow you to rock on your mat! Â
