Empower yourself with a challenge! Consider this class the next step up from Core Flow; Core Power classes offer a space to explore and deepen one's practice. Our Core Power sequence integrates flow, strength, and extensive core work. The sequence cultivates energy and intensity, appealing to those seeking a dynamic practice focused on power.
Designed for all levels, Core Power encourages students to tune into their bodies and find a balance between effort and ease, finding your challenge. Expect shoulder and core strengthening, dynamic flows, and time to explore arm balances. Here we emphasize plank variations and introductory arm balances like crow pose (including deeper challenges like jump-backs and new transitions). Beginners are welcome, with modifications and accommodations always available for challenging poses and for injuries, particularly those affecting shoulders and wrists.
