Every day has four elements. Move with classes from your favourite Equal teachers and check out Listen for the matching playlist for your session. Tamara & Lavinia from New BFF provide subtle yet strong tools to create a moment of reflection and meditation. To set the mood, we have created three amazing playlists for you to listen. Nourish yourself with the delicious recipes from the lovely chefs from Celia restaurant by Kimpton de Wit.
Below is a suggested time schedule so you could do the retreat as if we would actually be together. We fully understand you might be juggling things around at the moment, so feel free to plan every session as you see fit. Click on the names of the sessions in the program below to go to class.
Day 1:
17:00-18:00 Move: A playful start.
18:00-19:30 Nourish & Listen: Mushroom Taco's.
19:30-20:00 Meditate: Set your intention.
Day 2:
10:00-11:30 Move: Two options to sweat and flow.
12:00-13:00 Nourish: Celia's Cauliflower for lunch.
13:00-14:00 Meditate & Listen: '6 Steps to Freedom'.
Day 3:
10:00-11:00 Move: Flow strong or slow down.
11:00-12:30 Brunch with the leftovers from day 1 and 2.
18:00-19:30 Nourish: Ushi Pumpkin for Sunday dinner.
20:00-20:30 Meditate & Listen: Closing our retreat.
Even though we had never imagined that our very first retreat would be a digital one, we are very excited to share this programme with you. We hope that amidst of the storm that we are in, our at Home Retreat will give you a little bit of the nourishing and uplifting energy that we stand for as Equal.

Programme Day 1: Tap in to your inner strength.
Move
Airplane Flow with Henry
Time to play! We will kick off with a powerful practice. Henry sets out to challenge your balance as we move through funky variations of down dog, akward airplane, strong transitions from fallen triangle to two limb plank and lots of energizing twists. If you have a block keep it by your mat, or as alternative use a book.

Meditate
Meditate with New BFF
The power to tap in to your intuition and inner strength is too often overlooked. To be present for them means to feel peaceful and free. This meditation will give you the tools to let go of tension and external thoughts and dive deeper in your practice. Afterwards, we recommend to keep the calm vibes with you and let the first day of your retreat sink in with a warm cup of tea.

Recipe by Celia Amsterdam Mushroom Taco’s with poblano crema, queso fresco
Ingredients for 2 persons:
2 blue corn tortilla’s
250g mushroom mix
Poblano crema (see recipe below)
Roasted tomato spread (see recipe below)
10 cilantro leaves
70g white cheese crumble
1 lime in wedges
1 red onion
Roasted tomato spread:
100 gr tomato
40 gr white onion
5 gr jalapeño
6 leaves cilantro

If you are craving more movement, strength and sweat get ready to sculpt every muscle with Taylor, who has designed a killer core bare session for you. Class length: 55 minutes. Click here to start.
Light and Free Flow with Daniel
As we flow with Daniel we will create more space in the hips and the hamstrings and lifting up through eagle pose and warrior three. Class length Daniel: 30 minutes. Click here to start.
Meditate
6 Steps to Freedom with Lavinia & Tamara
To find yourself, think for yourself. Are we listening? Are we listening to ourselves? In this session, Lavinia and Tamara help you learn to see differently with their '6 Steps to Freedom' session. They will provide you with a guided meditation and give you some tools to allowe more peace into your life.

In this yummy yin session there is all the time to breath and let go. We recommend to set the mood with some candle light, all your props and Sabrina's special playlist. Class length: 60 minutes. Click here to start.
Meditate
Yoga Nidra with Renee
Yoga Nidra, or sometimes known as yogic sleep, is our choice of meditation for today. It will give you the tools to create more awareness within your body and to replenish your energy. Warm clothes and a place to lie down are essential. Once you have your space set up, just close your eyes and listen: enjoy!

70ml pomegranate molasses
1 pomegranate (seeds)
1 lime (zest and juice)
