Welcome to your Equal at Home Retreat.

Move, Meditate, Listen and Nourish

Every day has four elements. Move with classes from your favourite Equal teachers and check out Listen for the matching playlist for your session. Tamara & Lavinia from New BFF provide subtle yet strong tools to create a moment of reflection and meditation. To set the mood, we have created three amazing playlists for you to listen. Nourish yourself with the delicious recipes from the lovely chefs from Celia restaurant by Kimpton de Wit.

Below is a suggested time schedule so you could do the retreat as if we would actually be together. We fully understand you might be juggling things around at the moment, so feel free to plan every session as you see fit. Click on the names of the sessions in the program below to go to class. 

Day 1:
17:00-18:00 Move: A playful start.
18:00-19:30 Nourish & Listen: Mushroom Taco's. 
19:30-20:00 Meditate: Set your intention. 

Day 2:
10:00-11:30 Move: Two options to sweat and flow. 
12:00-13:00 Nourish: Celia's Cauliflower for lunch.
13:00-14:00 Meditate & Listen: '6 Steps to Freedom'. 

Day 3: 
10:00-11:00 Move: Flow strong or slow down. 
11:00-12:30 Brunch with the leftovers from day 1 and 2. 
18:00-19:30 Nourish: Ushi Pumpkin for Sunday dinner.
20:00-20:30 Meditate & Listen: Closing our retreat. 

Even though we had never imagined that our very first retreat would be a digital one, we are very excited to share this programme with you. We hope that amidst of the storm that we are in, our at Home Retreat will give you a little bit of the nourishing and uplifting energy that we stand for as Equal.
