Through various practices, lectures, discussions, teaching your peers, assisting and adjusting, reading, and observing, you will gain the necessary tools. And by further developing your personal practice, you become a knowledgeable and effective yoga teacher, and spark positive transformation in your life.
What style of yoga?
The Equal 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a vinyasa yoga based program, however, the tools gained will be transferable to many styles of yoga, including the Hot Power Yoga we teach at Equal.
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by linking movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Vinyasa aligns a sequence of poses together with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Vinyasa yoga classes can be paced moderately to vigorously depending on the level of the class.

QUALIFICATIONS AFTER SUCCESSFUL GRADUATION
This Teacher Training prepares you for life as an inspiration for others. After the program you will be able to introduce yoga to others and make them aware of the beauty of meditation, relaxation, basic pranayama, but also the fun of power yoga.
Inspiring and motivating new and experienced yogis how to improve the way they move, sit, breath in order to have a healthier and happier life.
The training is registered with Yoga Alliance (YA) and exceeds the standards of their 200 hour requirements.
After completion you will be able to register with YA as a 200-RYT.
